You love watching the sky, the birds and television! You love being able to turn your eyes wherever you please!
Have you ever imagined losing your sight, going blind? Perhaps are you frightened of it?
But are you sure to see things as they really are?
Or... wouldn't you rather see what you want to see?
Don't worry! There are many ways to help the blind. Have you ever heard of miniature guide horses for the blind?
There are over 50 million blind people and over 100 million people with visual impairment throughout the world.
They often rely on guide animals, mostly dogs, for self-sufficiency.
But other animals such as monkeys or more surprisingly miniature horses are also being tested as guides.
Panda is a two-foot-high miniature horse used as a guide for the blind, which you may find hard to believe... but true.
Using miniature guide horses for the blind is a much-debated subject in the USA.
Our film presents the somewhat amazing ³Panda Project² which sets miniature horse enthusiasts and blindness specialists.
